"We went kayaking as beginners and have returned to the UK as new fans of the sport!
The day was well arranged, a lot of fun and we felt very safe and supported throughout the trip. We would recommend this to anyone; it's a fun way to get some exercise and see some fantastic scenery, all in one go".

"Just a quick note to say how much I enjoyed the May Bank Holiday Weekend.
We had a fabulous day climbing Carrauntoohil. Our guide was friendly and kept our safety his priority at all times, which meant all we had to do was enjoy the amazing views on the way up to the top! The day we spent kayaking around the Lakes of Killarney, the islands and limestone caves was fantastic and we had loads of fun. I will definitely be signing up for more adventures in the future!".

"Many thanks for a great day! I really had a ball. I found myself being challenged all the time.
You seem to know just how much I could be pushed! I never thought I could enjoy being dumped into a cold lake and river (and paying for the privilege). Looking forward to a return match and I can't wait to try out the strokes and techniques you taught me".

"Hi Nathan,

First of all on my own behalf and from all the guys in Kerry Civil Defence who took part in Mountain Skills 1, we would like to thank yourself and Noel for all the help and encouragement over the weekend of the course".

"We had a great day on the sea cliffs of Doonsheen.
The views were spectacular!I learned a lot about all the gear involved in rock climbing, and how to look after it.

I felt safe and secure at all times and I was buzzing at the end of the abseil!

A repeat performance is called for as soon as I can!"

"Just a short message to say 'thank you' for the Navigation Training with Laune Mountaineering Club recently. I know it will be of great benefit to us in the club. I found it very interesting and learnt a lot over the two days, pacing, timing, measuring distance etc. Walking will now be safer and more enjoyable!"
